With the Montgomery v. Louisiana Supreme Court decision and President Obama's order to ban solitary confinement in federal juvenile settings both occurring in January 2016, juvenile justice reform is evolving. Dr. Alexander will address public policy and treatment efforts in the juvenile justice system, as well as psychologists' important role as advocates.
